Meeting at Central Park for a nice Yoga Class - FREE!

We will meet up at the corner of 72nd and 5th avenue, right in front of the MORSE statue

It will be an open Original Yoga System class which is very gentle yet effective.We will start with breathing & Bioenergy techniques, and continue with standing poses and other pose groups. We will have a Pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation steps at the end.

I'm hoping that the weather will be nice and won't interfere with us.

Just bring your yoga mats and your blankets for deep relaxation and feel free to bring your friends/family members,too.
