Menus and Site Navigation
During this talk I will demonstrate how the WP menu and site navigation systems work. Some topics include:
• Menu Concepts
• Basic menu CRUD (create/read/update/delete)
• How assign a menu into your theme
• Menu Hacking & Hidden features
• Multilingual Menus
Presented by: Mike Dickson. Mike has been programming for 17 years, and by far his favourite is websites. He loves everything about them, from the “boring” planning stages and framework design to the finessing of the layout to get it just right. Mike has spoken at WordCamps in Toronto and Ottawa, is a core contributor, and a member of the WordPress documentation team. He's an entrepreneur at heart, and runs his WordPress development business (and my dogs Sophie and Lucy) from his home in Ottawa.
