What we're about

This group is to help inspire and motivate individuals to begin a fitness program. Once a week a personal trainer will coach an outdoor bootcamp workout that will consist of easy yet effective exercises that will promote weight loss and lean muscle. Participants will have a fun time exercising outdoors with like minded individuals and will build a strong support system along the way. This class was made to show people that fitness does not have to be as difficult or time consuming as the industry makes it out to be. Come join a motivating coach, make some new friends and enjoy the Los Angeles weather while you're at it!
