Below are some bios of some of our members:
My professional roles are as zombies (in feature-length motion pictures like THE DEAD PIT and THE RETARDEAD), but my heart & soul are in the underground. My independent crap includes not just acting, but producing, directing, distributing, writing, digital editing and martial arts stuntwork. My dirt-cheap DVDs (AGE OF DEMONS, MARTYR X, DEVILS DRAGONS AND VAMPIRES, SHAOLIN VS. TERMINATOR, and DEVILS DRAGONS AND BLOODSUCKING BATS) won?t win any awards or allow me to quit my day-job at a dull office, but all my amateur films sell well at the conventions and from my website. The movies/DVDs/VHS tapes I?ve produced tend to involve a lot of horror, Satanic elements, monsters, occult & the like. I?m actually more into comedy & action than all this ?devil-stuff?, but comedy seems to difficult to generate. Mythological elements seem easier to concoct. Hell, my current project is a Youtube series called SATANIC VIEWS, of which I?ve completed two well-received episodes. In addition to creating my own videos, I critique professional, foreign movies & TV shows in my print magazine ORIENTAL CINEMA. Before the internet came along, this [formerly successful] publication was in stores all over the world, and still manages to have a minor cult of loyal readers even today. I?m interested in networking, collaborating, helping out on others? projects, or just hanging out with humorous, fun people. I?m new to AZ and don?t have a great social life. Kathy - Kat
I'm Kathy (Kat, as some people call me), and I have no experience in the film industry, unless you count a cousin who appeared on The Dating Game in the '70s. I did a little acting and singing when I was younger, just school plays and community theater. My background in writing is extensive, and I have worked for a variety of newspapers and magazines. No course I took ever delved deeply into scriptwriting, and I always wanted to learn more about the process. Now that I'm on disability with fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome, and sick of being a patient, I want to do the one thing that doesn't seem to be adversely affected by my pain and fatigue. I want to write, and I want to learn how to write a good script. I haven't thought or hoped beyond that point.
I'm an amateur at this, and seeking any extra roles, even non-speaking is fine, what I want is an insight into the way this process works and to build my resume. I'm a college student, majoring in Journalism, I live out of town and I commute to Tucson all the time, but Phoenix isn't that far away either. I'll be moving to Tempe next year.I
I've been a serious movie buff for as long as I can remember. My biggest goal right now is to write, film and distribute my own films including the music for all original soundtracks to go along with them. I?m looking to learn everything that I can from anyone willing to take the time to show me anything about the processes involved in filmmaking.

I have also acted in two commercials one for "Tiger Light Flashlights" and one for "Fox Sports" I played a football player for that, I also have a rule in a movie down in Tucson called "HIT".I also played a part in a short film called " The Filthy Elf" where I played a giant in that. I can do set design and also build sets too. I was in the Marine Corps for five years , I did security forces there, so I am well known for gun handling and fighting skills also. I look foward to meeting all of you this weekend!
I am in the process of moving to the Phoenix area from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I have been a television music show producer since 2003. The name of the show is TC Muzique. TCM features Minneapolis area bands and is cable cast live every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. The show is the longest running live music show of its kind in the nation and has been around since 1988. In 2005/2006 I created and produced a series called TC Muzique " Best Of ". The series is 26, 1 hour episodes which go out on regional cable channel 6 in Minneapolis and public cable access channel 56 in NYC as a 30 minute show. The show ran its first 13 episodes in 2006 and is currently running the final 13 in 2007. It generates $$ through the sale of advertising. Additionally in 2006 I wrote and produced an EP called "In The Beginning" which features a rather unique collection of songs I like to call country rag meets public service announcements. I am at times a free lance camera man and do allot of work for hire specializing in "on location shoots" from corporate office meetings to Nordic Roots festivals. I know my way around both music and television studios and have managed to make a living in this industry since 2002. Prior to that I was the Senior Network Operations manager for a company called Life Time Fitness. Every year for the past four years I have been able to take off 4 months and go out on the road where I do stand up comedy under the name Nel Harrison. I love to be up on stage and now actually have an agent and a paycheck coming from my comedy but I still have a very long way to go. To check out some of my work just visit my website at tcmuzique.org
