We have the privilege of having two speakers come in to speak with us on Wednesday, March 4th, at 630pm.

Business Partners, Kenny Wolfe and Agostino Pintus - both multifamily syndicators, who are going to talk to us about investing in out-of-state Multi-Family Syndication and having the right mindset for it

Kenneth is an investor, speaker and syndicator who has:
-Acquired 4,004 multifamily units in 5 states

  • Has gone full cycle on multiple assets, down to 2,700 that we currently asset manage
  • Bought 8 NNN/NN commercial buildings (have a current Fund going with 1 Dollar General acquired, and 1 Family Dollar that will close in January)
  • Completing our first ground-up development in DFW (bought ~6 acres in DFW to build 88 multifamily units)
  • Hard money lender on SF/Commercial properties. Working on lending on a boutique hotel/event center in DFW that will close in early January
  • Bought a large stake into Allied Property Management, and about to acquire property management company in Ohio in early 2020 (continuing to vertically integrate over the next few years)

Agostino is a multifamily investor, syndicator, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in real estate. He currently oversees strategic partnerships, capital development, and platform development for Realty Dynamics Equity Partners, an investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisition and asset management services.
He is also the subject of The Bulletproof Multifamily Mindset Show, a series highlighting topics every multifamily investor should know to build their success, as well the host of The Bulletproof Cashflow Podcast.
