On October 18th, Senior UX Researcher at Booking.com Kari Peters, will be presenting and answering your questions on how UX research is vital to the world-renowned approach to Booking's online experience and its continued success.
We've all heard how Booking.com has used the power of experimentation to gain a foothold in their competitive marketplace and now we get to hear how researchers such as Kari are using research to connect and engage with their audience on a much deeper level.
The event will once again be hosted by PRWD's Founder Paul Rouke and we'll make sure we've got you covered with some food and drink.
