PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION:
How do you go from being a good PM, designer, or engineer to a great one? Spoiler alert: It’s not about fine-tuning your tactical skills; it’s about leveling up your strategic and soft skills. While knowing how to design and build great products is crucial to your job, it’s the ability of your soft skills that will lead you to higher levels of leadership, influence, and action.

Soft skills are not “nice to have” in today's economy, they are essential skills. Whether you’re new to tech or a seasoned tech leader, this session is for you.

Key Takeaways:

• The top soft skills to have
• De-mystifying managing via influence
• Managing the strategic vs. the tactical
• Why storytelling and presentation skills matter
• The importance of self (and other) awareness
