While knowing how to design and build great products is crucial to your job, it’s the ability of your soft skills that will lead you to higher levels of leadership, influence, and action.

She has worked in Product for over 20 years with technology and software companies including nonprofit, education, logistics, and more. She currently consults with technology companies on their Product strategy, teams, leadership skills, and customer insights. Jamy’s passion is coaching Product Managers and tech professionals on how to navigate their careers, develop their strategic and tactical skills, and how to effectively sit and negotiate between the business and development teams.
