The Real Estate Candy Shop

This is the best real estate group you'll find. You will learn about real estate investing, network with active investors, and not be pressured to buy anything. Each month will have a keynote speaker on unique ways to make money in real estate. You will meet fellow new and experienced investors as you learn how to build your portfolio.

The Real Estate Candy Shop Meetup Group will be based upon the approach of Robert Weissman's soon to be released book "The Real Estate Candy Shop" in which experts in a variety of real estate investment strategies provide practical steps and advice as to how to implement those strategies, real examples of what to do and what not to do and how to make it work. 

We hope that you will be able to determine which strategy best fits you. 

We will provide speakers whose primary orientation is to teach not sell.  Some of the initial speakers we will have will discuss topics including investing in notes, investing in syndications, asset protection planning, real estate contracts and entities and how to protect yourself when working with contractors.    

We've expanded out interests to include crypto-currencies and investing in bitcoin, altcoins and blockchain technology.  We've held a few exciting meetings in this area and intend to continue to do so.  I have a few great speakers who are available to speak to the group once we get going again.
