Welcome to the The Real Estate InvestHER Connecticut Meetup!! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Guilford meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!
MEET THE INVESTHER LEADER
Our co-organizer is Kim Handelman:
After spending 20 years in advertising as an art director/creative director while living in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York City, Kim moved her family to the Connecticut Shoreline. It was here that she found her love for all things real estate. In 2015 she began wholesaling and got her RE license. She is also an investor friendly real estate agent with William Raveis and works with her buy and hold and fix and flip clients consulting in rehab finishes and staging. She recently launched her House Home Abode brand which provides valuable content in investing, staging, rehab and the real estate market. She is working on building a rental portfolio with a goal of phasing out her real estate agent role and becoming a full time investor in the next five years. She lives on the CT Shoreline with her two daughters and her rescue dog Mid Nite.
