Welcome to the Lancaster, PA, InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Lancaster meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!
MEET THE INVESTHER LEADERS
Nicole Dechow has been investing in real estate for the past three years in Lancaster County with her husband. They began by using the BRRRR strategy with single family homes, and have started to shift into small multi-family to continue growing our portfolio. They picked the BRRRR strategy because they felt that they could grow more quickly by recycling private money instead of saving up enough of their own money for a down payment each time they wanted to purchase a new property. Their goal in REI is to replace both of their W2 incomes with enough positive cash flowing real estate to allow them the freedom to spend more time with their two young kids by traveling. Nicole Dechow really enjoys the InvestHER community and the way the women support and help each other grow. She also loves the opportunity to help connect local women investors and empower them along the way. Her daughter regularly sees her on Zoom meetings with the InvestHER community, and has started her own "girl meetings" with her dolls where they talk about starting their own businesses. She couldn't be more proud!
Naomi Brown is a local Commercial Real Estate agent and Investor as well. Together with her husband and 4 children they own and manage short term rentals around Central PA. Naomi enjoys connecting with other female investors, as most of the clients she works with are men, and she would love to see more women rise to be the leaders in the Real Estate Investing Community.
