Our co-organizer at this location are Caitlyn Horst and Crystal Musser.

Caitlyn Horst is enthusiastic about all things real estate. Over the last several years, she has gained experience in development/construction, property management, accounting, title, design/project management, investments, and sales.

As a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams, Caitlyn primarily focuses on clients looking for investment properties. She also enjoys managing a growing portfolio of rental properties. Additionally, she is the Co-Founder of Verity Properties LLC, a women-owned buy and hold real estate company focused on creating safe, clean, stand-out apartments and homes for the Lancaster community.

Caitlyn is passionate about growing real estate investments to create a life of financial freedom and desires to empower, educate, and encourage other women to do the same! When Caitlyn is not doing, reading, or talking about real estate, she loves traveling, hiking, rock climbing, and riding motorcycle with her amazingly supportive husband!

Crystal is a Realtor with EXP Realty, residential real estate investor and house flipper. After many years of living Dave Ramsey style, Crystal picked up the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Her mind was blown when she realized that debt is okay when used to purchase cash flowing assets. Since that time (2016) she bought multiple investment properties and has completed several rehabs. Her business model is Providing Clean, Safe, Affordable Housing. She is inspired by other women in real estate that are "crushing it" and aspires to be that person to others. When not doing real estate you will find her spending time with her husband and 5 children! --
