We are dedicated to creating empowering online and in-person communities where women have a non-intimidating environment to receive the support, knowledge, and accountability to live life on their own terms.

Hello and welcome to the Scottsdale chapter for InvestHER meetup! My name is Rachelle Day and I am one of the co-leaders for this chapter.
A little about me.... I am a wife and mother of 3 teenage daughters. Prior to starting my real estate investing business, Craft Property Solutions, I was a Registered Nurse before staying home to raise my daughters. I grew up in Michigan and moved to Atlanta shortly after getting married, where we lived for 20 years, raising our 3 girls there. Our family moved to Scottsdale 4 years ago.
The active side of my REI business is currently focusing on scrap and new builds in the Arcadia area, while the passive side of my business has invested in 3 out-of-state buy & hold rentals, as well as investing in an out-of-state MF syndication.
I look forward to connecting and facilitating in building a network of strong woman investors!

Hi there! My name is Taylor Campbell, and I’m one of the co-leaders for the Scottsdale/Phoenix chapter of the Real Estate InvestHER Community.
I’m an Arizona native and spend most of my spare time being active, or with my family, attending lots of high school sporting events to support my siblings! I currently work as a Junior Accountant for a small tax and accounting firm in Tempe, AZ, and recently made the decision to pursue my passion for real estate investing. My company, BeneFlip Home Buyers, LLC, specializes in house flipping, and I’m currently transitioning out of my W-2 job so I can focus on this full-time.
My first InvestHER meetup really changed the game for me! I came out of it feeling energized to take the next steps for my business and realized how important networking is in this industry! Whether you’re just looking to get into REI, or you are a seasoned veteran, please join us!
