Personal Growth, Mindfulness, & Emotional Intelligence Group

This group is operated by LifeResults, a certified non-profit professional development and personal growth training organization where you learn to identify the behaviors, patterns, and choices that are getting in the way of having the life you really deserve.

These meetups are intended for anyone who is interested in joining an introspective discussion or self-discovery. It is also a way we support grads of our seminars.

We offer several courses both virtual and in-person:

• LifeResults in Action: Free Virtual Monthly Meetups. At LRiA, we discuss a variety of topics with a variety of our facilitators. All are welcome!
• LifeResults Foundations: Virtual 9-Week Seminar. The tools you’ll learn in Foundations give every person the ability to handle the tough situations that determine the quality of your professional and personal relationships - which directly impacts the quality and results of your life.
• LifeResults Core: In-Person 3-Day Seminar. Core is our foundational course, a weekend introduction to the concepts and tools at the core of LifeResults’ professional development and personal growth training.
• LifeResults Advanced/IPI: In-Person 5-Day Seminar. The Advanced seminar takes the concepts introduced in Core and expands on them in a way that most participants describe as “life-changing.” It includes a follow-up day and evening seminar one month after completing the program, and also includes several months of individual coaching and support.
