What we're about

The Run Team is an established service with a mission to be the resource for runners in eastern Contra Costa county, Calif. We have group runs each weekend, a monthly newsletter of tips and news about the team and running as a sport. Members also receive free or discounted services, products or special programs throughout the year. If interested in meeting us, please look up the meeting dates on this site. All runners, at any level, are welcome to our weekend runs. During the Summer we begin at 8 am, with warm-ups, guided by our coach.
