What we're about

Want to learn about, practice and improve your public speaking skills in a positive, friendly and supportive environment?

Well then you have come to the right place!

We are the SPUDS - the Society of Passionate, Unique and Dynamic Speakers.

We meet every other Saturday afternoon in Belfast at 4pm.

At each meeting you will have the opportunity to speak at least once - either on a random topic suggested to you, or if you prefer, a topic of your own choice.

Did you know that communication is 55% body language, 38% tone of voice and only 7% words?

So regularly practising your public speaking skills is key to giving a fantastic speech.

Practice, practice, practice!

The events are free but we would appreciate it if you wish to make a voluntary contribution.

Suggested contribution at each event is £5 (to cover venue hire and meetup subscription fees).

We are non-profit.

Everyone is very welcome regardless of experience level.

Looking forward to seeing you! 😀
