Gather in the warmth and magic of a sweat lodge

We welcome all who are longing for ceremony, loving kindness and the warmth of a lodge.
Please arrive by 11:00 AM to prepare yourself and to assist in the preparations.

We will enter the lodge by 1:00 PM.
Please bring a dish for the potluck afterward (meat OK).

For those traveling from afar, you are always welcome to spend the night. You will need a warm sleeping bag but there is an extra room, and shelter in the 600 foot greenhouse attached to the house. It has a franklin stove which helps to keep it warmer than the outside.
For those spending the night we will share in a sunrise ceremony on Sunday.

We are in need of more blankets or canvas tarps for the lodge and welcome any donations of these items. Monetary donations will be accepted with deep gratitude and will be applied toward hosting of our indigenous brothers and sisters from around the globe. We are hoping to bring Eduardo and Rosse Mary from Bolivia and John Lockley from Africa in the coming year. Eduardo hears the voice of Mother Earth and has profound teachings to share. Rosse Mary joins him to translate and to share the immensity of her heart in ceremony. John Lockley is a Sangoma from South Africa who offers healing, ceremony and the throwing of the bones.
