How to Stay Focused on What's Important: A Habit 3 Discussion

Details

Most of us spend most of our work lives in "crisis" mode where everything is urgent and important. This can create stress and anxiety in our lives.

What if work could be stress-free and more fun?

By being proactive in our tasks and spending more time on important things that aren't urgent, we eliminate the need for stress and long hours.

This is one of the principles behind Habit 3: Put First Things First.

Let's discuss the "Management Matrix" and how to move our activities into Quadrant II to eliminate stress, anxiety, and distraction.

This is a discussion group. Please come prepared to be on camera and share your ideas with others.

It helps if you're familiar with Habit 3 of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People", but not required.
