What we’re about
If you are into any of the topics listed in the group, such as Sci-Fi, Fantasy (literature/movies), H2G2, or any related, you will like to keep an eye on this Meetup, we are planning on organizing events, at least once a month with a specific subject (ie. Towel Day on May 25th!) and would like to gather all the geeks in the area to share some thoughts, a beverage, good talk, etc.

Geeky Holiday Shopping
Nørreport station, Nørrevoldgade 13, Copenhagen, DKIt could be fun to do a bit of holiday shopping together and visit stores in Copenhagen with geeky themes together for the afternoon. I was thinking of the following, but if you have any suggestions, just write them in the comments or send a message.
- Black No.1 (alternative clothing, next to Aichiba anime shop - closes at 2pm)
- Aichiba (small anime shop near Nørreport)
Fantask (comics, books, games - closes at 3pm) - POP Mart (new anime store)
- All the various Faraos shops (board games, figures, costumes, manga, and more)
- Animerch (anime store)
- Games (board games)
- Bastard Cafe Christmas market event - until 5pm
- Christmas markets around town
We'll meet at Nørreport St. and start from there.
It is also St. Lucia day and there is the annual kayak parade event where they make some stops around the harbor and canals and sing the Lucia song. I (Nancy) am in another group that will meet between 17:30 and 18 to get a spot by BLOX to watch the parade, it will pass by there at 18:10. You are welcome to join for that if you'd like. The cafe in BLOX will have hot drinks and christmas treats.12 attendees
