What we're about

With more than 70 members, the South Windsor Jaycees are able to complete over 30 projects annually with almost 12 of those benefiting the local community in some way. Food drives, holiday contributions and more benefit thousands of people and animals each year while raising significant dollars for various charities locally and nationally.

Among our events are the Wapping Fair, the largest event each year in South Windsor and Paws in the Park, the largest dog focused event in CT.

The Jaycees are open to anyone 21-40 regardless of community you live. For those younger than 21 or older than 40 you are welcome to join the Jaycees as Junior Jaycees or Associate Jaycees. In short, if you want to be a part of the Jaycees and volunteer we are pleased to consider you one of our members!

The South Windsor Jaycees also regularly plan social activities for all to enjoy. Bowling nights, whale watches, International dinners, family picnics and more are conducted every month to give members the chance to interact in a social environment and develop friendships.

Everyone is welcome to stop by and visit us at our monthly membership meetings, first Tuesday of each month, or any of our events to learn more about the South Windsor Jaycees.

While everyone is welcome to volunteer and/or attend our events to become an official member of the Jaycees and earn additional benefits please visit the South Windsor Jaycees website for more information. (http://www.swjaycees.org/)
