Join us for a hands-on vegetarian cooking class at the Publix Cooking School, followed by a gourmet dinner!
Class Description: Not a vegetarian? Not a problem! This unique class walks us through a few vegetarian recipes that you would be tough pressed to be able to even tell that there was no meat in! Come join us, but leave your steak knife at home!
Menu: Incan Quinoa Salad with Citrus Thyme Vinaigrette; Grilled Veggie Stack with Balsamic Glace; Asian Veggie Lo Mein with Pan Seared Tofu; Orange Crème Brulee.
The class will begin at 6pm and will last approximately 2 hours, followed by a delicious gourmet dinner. The price is $40 per person and the class size is limited to 12, so sign up early by contacting Publix to secure your spot!
