Y.O.W. (Yoga On the Water)

@ Urban Kai's Gandy Shop!Y.O.W will help improve your movements and let the water awaken your yoga poses.
A fun blend of relaxation & balance, Y.O.W will be sure to take the advanced practitioner’s yoga to new levels and allow beginners an introduction to increase your core strength and flexibility while taking in the beauty of your natural surroundings. We launch from our Gandy shop- the decked-out school bus next to The Getaway.
Please arrive 15 minutes early in order to check-in and get ready to paddle! Remember to always bring your water bottle!Suggested class attire / items:
- bathing suit OR water sport clothing
- sunscreen / sun protective gear
- REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLE- Board rental: $45
- Rental includes board, paddle, life jacket (PFD), and leash
- BYOB (bring your own board): $25
- Please note all boards must be fully assembled by owner and approved by staff prior to departure time

Full Moon Paddle @ Downtown Tampa
Armature Works, 1910 N Ola Ave, Tampa, FL, USUrban Kai is hosting full moon paddle from our downtown Tampa location at Armature Works! Our guide will take you out on the Hillsborough River under the stars- so serene at this time! It’s truly an experience like no other.

Skill Details → Basic level of paddling needed- SUP & single kayak: $40
-->Rental includes board or kayak, paddle, light, life jacket (PFD), and leash (SUP only) - Double kayak: $70

-->Lights are required- if you don’t have one, they’re available to rent for $5
