Paul Wood – UX Designer – Leasing.com

Paul is the UX Designer at Leasing.com. Despite his job title, he heads up UX design for the whole business, and is responsible for its UX output across their B2C and B2B platforms. Paul works in close collaboration with development teams, content teams, customer feedback & research teams and stakeholders. It is his job to understand how people use the site; what the users interact well with and what they don’t, to design intuitive and frictionless UX solutions to constantly improve individual areas of the site, as well as end-to-end user journeys.

In addition to this, a large part of Paul’s responsibility is to ensure that all designs constantly find the right balance between being user-orientated, business-focussed, and conversion-driven.

Leasing.com is a brand with big plans for the future, and it’s Paul’s passion to help them achieve them.
