The Ultimate New Year's Resolution Workshop: this fun, interactive workshop, packed with psychological tools to accelerate habit-change (that I developed over 10 years of studying neuroscience, & clinical and behavioral psychology) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear all, I've decided to postpone this workshop. Gratifyingly, there was lots of interest, but too many people couldn't make the date so close to Christmas and/or had no spare funds.

I WILL be running workshops in 2017 - probably in a different format. I'll keep you posted after I've decided on the formats, locations, and prices during my strategic planning and holidaying over the new year period.

At this early stage I suspect that earlier in 2017, I'll host shorter & cheaper Meetups - but still packed with life-changing psychological tools. I'll combine these short meetups with longer webinars. E-products (webinars) can be priced low to remove price as a barrier to accessing these tools, as well as helping many more people.

In the meantime, over the next month I'll put some articles on beating procrastination and creating healthier habits in the discussion board.
