Doors open at 6.45 for 7pm start. Teaching finishes at 8pm, with tea/coffee & chat available 8pm-8.30pm (you can leave at 8pm if you wish).
Learn about mindfulness & meditation and how it can give you new skills in your fight against stress, anxiety &/or depression.
Each session will give you a new tool, or a new way of using a mindfulness tool, plus practice, plus the chance to get your questions answered - so you can gain the most from these new skills.
Each session is self-contained so you can pop in as-and-when your schedule allows.
COST: £2 or donation (or FREE if you cannot afford a donation)
You will need to register with the charity, Anxious Minds, and fill in an anxiety form.
