Research documents that walking can be as effective as antidepressants and other psychotropic medications in helping to alleviate depression, stress and anxiety for many individuals. Combined with talking, we create a healthy, safe experience where personal growth can blossom. Come join me on the path to emotional and physical health! Weather permitting, we will walk and talk in a supportive, healthy, outdoor environment. We also have a food issues walking group that addresses eating and weight problems. Exercise your mind and body as you free your spirit! You will have fun! We have individual as well as group walks, in the afternoons and evenings in Tribeca, NYC as well as in Rockaway Park, Queens.
