Why is knowing more about dreams important to you?

They draw me inward unlike most other experiences. I find both quiet place there but also exciting discoveries about myself, especially the thoughts, feelings, and energies that move me.

What is your favorite dream book?

Books by Strephon Kaplan-Williams and Gayle Delaney.

How often do you recall your dreams (times per week)?

I recall dreams nearly every day so that is about 5 to 7 times a week.

I started my first dream group in 1990. Since then I have either lead a dream group, been an active member, or taught classes on how to do dreamwork. I was a teacher at the local Jung Society and present at dream conferences.
