I have been studying these teachings for several years and have found them life changing. They are non denomination, uplifting, and challenging at the same time. We will be listening to a CD of the teachings. Each CD is about 1 hour. I recommend purchasing the book and reading the chapter prior to each meeting, then experience hearing the teachings as they were originally given.
Books are available through the Shanti Christo Foundation and there is a Kindle Version. The wording on the original books was altered a little from the recording to make it easier to read. The "New Enhanced Edition" is closer to the original recordings and will be easier to follow if you like to read along while listening.
