Know Your Strengths; Know Yourself
Knowing our strengths is not only useful, but an integral part of gaining clarity—especially during career transitions. Join The White Box Club™ facilitators and guest speaker Peggy Foster as we discuss the role of strengths and how to apply that knowledge to our resumes, interviews, and conversations. The White Box Club™ meetings create opportunities to learn from industry experts and meet others who are in career transition or thinking of new career options. In addition, you can meet people whose job it is to provide you with resources and support specifically during your career search. Plus, the meetings give you a good reason to get out of the house every couple weeks, drink some free coffee, and hang out with cool people who care. Now what could be better than that?! Each bimonthly meeting of TWBC includes: 9:30-10:45 Topic presentation/guest speakers 10:45-11:00 Coaching tips & sharing of stories 11:00-11:30 Open networking time To ensure attendance, please RSVP early for all the meeting(s) you wish to attend and confirm location and final content before each meeting date. If you happen to RSVP for a full session, you'll be placed on an automated Waiting List. Please be sure to change your RSVP to "No" if you're no longer able to attend to ensure that members who are waiting can take your seat. Thank you! More information can be found at (

What we're about

Public Group

The White Box Club™—appropriately named after the daunting white boxes many employees receive to "pack up their things"—was created to provide support, encouragement, resources, and networking opportunities to anyone who has found themselves laid off, unemployed, or in career transition.

Each of the meetings has a specific topic of focus and you can RSVP for any session, any time. TWBC meetings utilize coaches and experts from the field as guest speakers, so come and learn from the best! The meetings are also opportunities to meet and speak with others who are in career transition or thinking of new career options. Plus, it gives you a good reason to get out of the house and meet cool people who care and understand.

TWBC Twin Cities Meetup sessions are held on Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Please see the Meetup group page for a current schedule of topics and locations. For more information, visit: , or send a message to

We hope to see you at an upcoming Meetup!
