HU Is an ancient mantra and lovesong. This ancient name for God has been sung for thousands of years in many lands for spiritual unfoldment.
HU can and will uplift people of any religion, culture, or walk of life.

You’re invited to experience this ancient Sound of HU; on the first Thursday of each month, at 7pm for an online chanting of this most sacred mantra and lovesong. The chanting of HU will last for about twenty minutes, followed by a contemplative period, and then a spiritual conversation with others of like heart will explore experiences on how HU has helped you.

You will experience many benefits of singing HU regularly: like, inner peace and calm, divine love, expanded awareness, spiritual self-discovery and growth, healing of the heart.

In these three introductory sessions we will discuss how recollections of Past Lives, Dreams and out of body experiences can awaken one’s inner awarenesses of who you truly are as Soul, ..and then discover what you may yet come to be. These inner experiences via ones dream experiences and the practical use of spiritual exercises will guide and help one experience more freedom, love, and joy in daily life.

This is the first of three sessions that will be offered on the third Wednesday of the month, for three consecutive months starting at 7pm until 8:15pm.
The Thursday dates and their respective chapters are as follows:
March 18th - Chapters 1-4;
April 15th - Chapters 5-8;
May 20th - Chapters 9-12
