Learn and practice The Work of Byron Katie. This helpful and healthy practice of questioning our own stressful thoughts can be done on your own or with the support of a Certified Facilitator and others.
People who are familiar with The Work or those new to The Work will benefit from this practice.
A typical meeting will consist of:
Short quiet time for reflection or meditation
A reading from Byron Katie
Introduction to The Work, as needed
Writing "Judge Your Neighbor" worksheets, about stressful situations
Identifying the stressful thoughts that cause our suffering
Questioning those thoughts with the process called "The Work"
Participants will discuss future convenient meeting times
