If you ever wondered how studio gear works and what you need to start shooting with flash in a studio environment, this workshop is for you
This workshop is aimed at photographers who are looking to learn about the basic operation of studio gear. We will be covering topics like flash gear, light modifiers, gobos, triggers, light stands, back grounds etc.
At the end of the workshop you will have the opportunity to try the different types of studio gear with each other taking turns posing and shooting
Who is it for
This workshop is for photographers who understand the basic operation of their camera and are not looking to learn more about shooting in a a studio
What to bring:
Camera: DSLR /MLC. with a 50mm equivalent lens or zoom lens
Camera manual - in case you don't know by heart how to trigger off- camera flash or turn off the image preview settings on your MLC
Cost (payable in cash at the workshop)
The cost of the workshop is 95 CHF. PICZ members pay 75CHF. All the proceeds go towards the studio.
No-Shows
Since we are incurring expenses to organize this workshop, we expect that people who register actually show-up. Since there have been some problems with this in the past we have had to start a "two strikes and you're out" for no-shows. So, if your plans change, please unregister before the workshop or let us know via other means.
