All For One and Med-Time (HIV/AIDS Support Group)

The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada

• What we'll do
All For One is as support group at The Center for LGBTQ persons living with HIV/AIDS. All HIV-positive individuals are welcome to attend regardless of age, gender, or history or your HIV diagnosis. If you're newly diagnosed or a longer-term survivor, we are here to help. Nobody should face an HIV diagnosis alone. So, whatever your reservations, make sure you connect with a community of HIV-positive people. It's a key step towards solving both the emotional and practical problems of living with HIV. This group meets every Tuesday at 6:00 PM.

On the last Tuesday of the month from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM, Med-Time is a HIV/AIDS health education dinner and learn program. The program is to provide an opportunity for positive individuals to learn about medication options and treatment adherence as well as meet with a Pharmacist one on one to review all their medications and any problems or barriers they may be experiencing or any problems accessing their medication. Free to attend, it is recommended to RSVP to [masked] or[masked]. (HIV Services Manager Dr. Tamara Griffin)

For All For one, contact facilitator Jim Foley at [masked] for more information.

For Med-Time, contact the facilitators by emailing either the HIV Services Manager Dr. TaMara Griffin at [masked] or HIV Peer Advocate Todd Dickey at [masked] for more information.
