In this 2-day workshop, you will learn the not-so-obvious reason(s) WHY your overeating developed in the first place. Believe it or not, at one time in your life this behavior likely served a valuable and/or positive function for you, even though today it is unwanted and destructive to your well-being. Identifying, understanding, and respecting the historical function of your overeating is crucial to eventually ending this behavior once and for all!
In this workshop we will also explore why diets really don’t work in the long run, and how they’ve likely exacerbated your struggles with emotional and binge eating. We’ll also explore your relationship with exercise, and offer a fresh approach to cultivating a FUN relationship with movement.
