Transgender Peer Support Group
The Transgender Peer Support Group is an open topic group run by a trained facilitator for individuals who identify as transgender, transsexual, cross-dresser, gender variant, gender queer or intersex (18 and older). Partners of transgender group participants are also welcome. This group takes place the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Meetings for the month of March are to be held on the Sundays of the 4th and 18th as well as the Saturdays of the 10th and 24st. LOFT Peer Support Groups are open topic drop-in groups. There is no need to preregister and no fee to attend. Donations are welcome. They are led by facilitators who identify as peers with those in attendance. There is no fee to attend discussion groups but a $5 donation is suggested, more if you can, less if you can’t.

The LOFT is a meet-up location for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and allied communities. With more than 30 regular groups and numerous special events throughout the year, the center provide and safe and affirming environment to be yourself and meet new people or reconnect with old friends. Our meet-ups fall under four main categories: support, education, celebration and advocacy.

The LOFT is a non-profit community organization based in Westchester County and serving the lower Hudson Valley LGBT community for more than 30 years and counting!
