The process Orianne will propose is based on the 3 basic cornerstones:
(1) Every person, team, project or company, should add value on several levels, in its stakeholders ecosystem, and contribute to common good, in « societal vital functions » like education, housing, mobility, energy, health,…
(2) Linear models (supplier – client) – with the unique intention of accumulating money – are out. Systemic models (collaboration and value creation in business ecosystems) – with intention of collective value creation – are in.
(3) Measuring success in money terms – on a single balance sheet – leaves place for Value Creation on 7 levels: earth, money/material, processes, emotional, communication, knowledge, common good.
This shift in mindset is a fabulous way to enhance value creation, motivation, engagement, empowerment and ROI, lower risk, and eventually, rizing out of the « grey mass » to enter the world of tomorrow with peace of mind.

Based on our research and our specialization in Systemic Economy we have set up a unique and proprietary method that allows a deep analysis of a company on multiple levels, 7 in total, in order to detect what are the assets and the under-used potential to activate to create multiple value by comparison with the simple linear relation: Supplier – Company – Client.
The Experience
This unique experience analyses your company on 7 levels and integrally describe the ecosystem to which it pertains. It also offers paths to innovate and create additional turnover for a sustainable profitability, taking into account macro-trends and weak signals of the business segment.
Methods
Multiple methods are used during this experience:
• 7D-Value
Originally conceived for the valuation of intangible, it is useful and pertinent to initiate a process of collective intelligence. The method allows the naming of needs and resources of the different stakeholders at different levels: Vision and meaning, Emotions, Communication, Knowledge, Processes, Material and Finance, Earth.
• Mapping of systemic resources
This mapping of value and links between the stakeholders is powerful. It sets each asset (resources) and each liability (need – potential) at the exact stage to make “systemic” links between stakeholders. It assumes that the resources will be made available by the stakeholder if one of his need is filled. This can be done at several value levels.
Eg: a need for knowledge can be « exchanged » against access to users / customers. A need for office space can be exchanged against the value of motivation (emotional).
This unique method, developed by UHDR is part of the new approach to systemic economy perfectly adapted to companies and regions, complex systems with a large number of stakeholders.
• Sectorial monitoring/Business intelligence
