Topic of the Night: Ethics and Product Management

As product people, we're responsible for the impact our products have on our users. The pressures to deliver business value and beat our competitors can often cause us to focus purely on things like revenue and not consider the ethical implications of our decision.

Tonight, we'll discuss questions like: Who is responsible for the ethics of our product? Are we equipped to measure the ethical impact our products are having on the world? What are the right metrics? Does Lean thinking and MVPs make it hard to build products in an ethical manner? What pratical steps can we ensure our products are build in an ethical way?
