And (goals) in all aspects of life. Keith got in the business of buying houses 22 years ago by buying his 1st duplex. He then went on to become a 'We Buy Ugly Houses' Homevestor Franchise in 2003 and hasn't looked back. His office continually buys 5-6 homes per month for the past umpteen years, and currently has upward of 150 rental units with a game plan to have them completely paid off free and clear in less than 4 more years.

Brian Eichelberger has decided to join us for the "Ask the Experts" Panel on Wholesaling! Super stoked...

Brian owns Eichelberger Realty and he has been in business since 1995!

He bought my first rental property at age 21 so REI all he has ever done. He have owned as many as 450 rental units at one time and currently owns 300 rental units.I (Maybe he can spot a deal, ya' think?)

Brian actually owned 100 rental units prior to age 30 and 450 rental units prior to age 35. "Don't Hate" - COME LEARN where to find the deal from an absolute expert!

Wow how 2019 flew by! Did you meet those goals? What held you back? Are you going to keep the "status-quo" for 2020? NO WAY we are doing that! We have SO much fun planned for this year, you better hold on tight!
