How to design a gamification project workshop

Fellow gamifiers! I have a very exciting announcement for you. Word is spreading about the gamification community in Greece and we had gamification professionals from other countries interested in coming to our meetups and sharing their experience and knowledge with us. I am very happy to tell you that we will have Sabrina Bruehwiler (aka User Adventure) coming from London to run a workshop for us!

Sabrina will be joined by Vasilis Gkogkidis and together they will deliver a how to design your gamification project workshop where you will get to make your own plan for a gamification solution guided by two professional gamification designers. We still have some details to work out as this is an opportunity that appeared out of the blue but we know it will happen on the 21st of March in Thessaloniki and on the 26th of March in Athens.

Save the date in your calendar as this is a unique chance to experience a workshop that will get to you to actually design your own exciting engaging gamification solution and get feedback by two professional gamification designers.

Workshop Outline:

1. What do you want to do with gamification?

2. Gamification case studies - inspiration

3. Brainstorming

4. Prototyping

5. Play testing

We will start by defining your goals and why you want to use gamification. Then we will have a look at some case studies that will give us insight on how to use gamification. Some brainstorming is necessary to write down ideas on how to implement gamification in your project. Pen and paper prototyping of your idea that will enable us to play test it in teams and get feedback from everyone.

Details on the trainers:

Sabrina is a member of the Octalysis Group and GamFed (International Gamification Federation) and has a lot of experience in how to design engaging solutions in different industries.

Vasilis works full time at GAMIFICATION+, as a gamification designer and is the ambassador of GamFed (International Gamification Federation).

Pricing details!

Tickets will be 18 euros for individuals and 15 for teams of 3 or more people that want to work on their products - services. We believe that this is a great opportunity both for start ups and bigger companies to work on adding gamification to their product-service or develop a new idea with gamification build into it.

There will be 30 seats in total so reserve yours fast!

In order to reserve your seat you have to send a down payment of 8 euros if you are individual or 5 for each person attending the workshop if you are a team.

Πληροφορίες για τα εισητήρια!

Τα ατομικά εισητήρια θα κοστίζουν 18 ευρώ. Αν είσαστε κάποια ομάδα ή start up και θέλετε να εισάγετε το gamification στην υπηρεσία ή προιόν σας είναι 15 το άτομο για 3 άτομα και πάνω.

Θα υπάρχουν 30 θέσεις σύνολο, για να κάνατε κράτηση πρέπει να προκαταβάλετε 8 ευρώ για τα ατομικά εισητήρια και 5 για το κάθε ένα ομαδικό είτε στο paypal: paypal.me/VasilisGkogkidis ή αν προτιμάτε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό στείλτε μου ένα μήνυμα να σας δώσω τον λογαριασμό.

Θα δωθεί απόδειξη για ολόκληρο το ποσό την ημέρα του event αφού ξεπληρώσετε όλο το ποσό. Θα σας κρατάω ενήμερους για το πόσα εισητήρια είναι διαθέσιμα. Μπορείτε φυσικά να έρθετε και να πληρώστε όλο το ποσό την ημέρα του workshop εφόσον υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες θέσεις.
