"The Great Reset".... is it real?

Welcome to 2021. Now let's talk about "The Great Reset". What is it, and is it real? I don't know much about this subject yet. My understanding is it's the latest conspiracy theory about a global takeover, except this one seems to catch the attention of many people who would not consider themselves to be typical conspiracy theorists.

I'm one of the old-fashioned New World Order conspiracy theorists, but the Great Reset seems to be a revamped version of that theory, tailored around Covid, and a global response to the Pandemic.

I've heard rumors such as "no one will own any property", "no one has any privacy", and "population reduction". How much of this is true and how much of this is exaggerated? How much influence does the World Economic Forum have on our world leaders?

Will we ever return to normal after this Pandemic? Should we return to normal? Will/Should vaccines be mandated? Is the Great Reset a good idea that we should get behind? Will a Biden administration advocate for personal liberty of the individual? Or will they more likely follow suit with global initiatives, sacrificing liberty for the sake of safety? Is your outlook for 2021 and the years ahead positive or negative?
