Set up small web app in local

Let's make a small webapp from scratch!
I'll use
python3, docker, flask, jinja2, mongoengine and html.

If you want to run these products at this Meetup, please bring mac or linux or windows laptop.

For mac or windows laptop

I recommend you to download or install docker tool box (https://www.docker.com/products/docker-toolbox)

For windows user

If your user name contains non-ASCII (e.g. けいた) character, unfortunately, docker doesn't work. Please prepare ASCII user. (e.g. keitak)
