We know that simple visualisation techniques such as Kanban walls work well for visualising the work of teams. But what if you had to visualise the work of 100 people? Or 1000? How can we visualise the flow of work of 10,000 people? Spend an hour with Nick Thorpe from Australia as he shows you techniques for visualising work in 2 and 3 dimensions, whether for 1 team or a hundred. He will also explain reasons why simple techniques such as card walls work so well. (hint: visual cortex).
