Docker’s proven itself to be indispensable, providing us with a way to run our applications in an easy-to-manage, isolated environment in production, without the overhead of a virtual machine.

However, it lends itself to a number of other tasks as well. In this talk, I’ll show how you can containerise your build environment, making builds faster and more reliable, making it easier to onboard new members into your team, and simplifying your build infrastructure. Furthermore, I'll also show how you can containerise your test environments, which provides a consistent and headache-free testing experience in a range of scenarios locally and on CI servers.
