TALK DESCRIPTION
Agile methodologies were a transformational first wave of change in software delivery. New practices and tools around CI / CD further expanded the ability to deliver quality software quickly and confidently.
But for many organizations a lagging horizon is the adoption of a true Product Centric Design culture—one that emphasizes continuous value generation for the business and the customer. A culture that goes beyond the ability to BUILD THINGS RIGHT, it's one that enables you to BUILD THE RIGHT THING, delivering truly impactful services and experiences to the market and value to the business.
There are many valid challenges and obstacles to transforming an organization towards a Lean Product culture, but there are just as many ways to begin adopting behaviors that will kick off a culture shift from the ground up.
Outcomes NOT Excuses will give you a starting point—behaviors, methods, and insights that will allow you to start gaining the benefits of Lean Product Culture, while creating the conditions for it to successfully spread throughout your organization.
