Business Model canvas(BMC) is a visual tool using which one can explain the core elements that drive a business. It helps visualize what is important and forces users to address key areas. It can also be used by a team (employees and/or advisors) to understand relationships and reach agreements
For Start-up enthusiasts, Business analysts, Product owners and Product managers - this is a great opportunity to learn a different way to design/evaluate a business model.
Non-product folk are also most welcome, this is your chance to get a deeper understanding of any Business Model.

Ammara Gafoor works as a Business Analyst at ThoughtWorks . She specialises in working with companies that are struggling with their business model, finding gaps and working with them to provide solutions.
