Greetings, this is a study group to read all of Nietzsche works and consider their influence on modern thought. Until recently, we were a free, public group, but we've drawn in some trolls, so we had to change the settings to paid/private. The $1.50 you pay annually is basically a troll toll meant to try and keep these vermin at bay.
Given the cost of running a group on meetup, this is a very small fee to pay, but if you want to join and can't afford that, we'll be happy to compensate you at the first meeting you attend with either an adult beverage of your choice or 6 bits.
