For Women Only. Join us for an Interval/Strength Training class Online! If you have a computer (lap top), device (ipad, etc), or cell phone you can join us for this workout from your home, from anywhere.
We'll do a warm up, workout, stretching, and foam roll for our ~55 minutes together. You need a little space in your home, a mat, weights, and a foam roller.
If you are new or have not attended in a long time, you'll need to do the following: 1. Email me at Tracy@TimeForChangePersonalTraining.com so I can email you a waiver/health form. You'll need to fill it out and email it back to me prior to class (meetup does not allow us to send documents for you to fill out here, so it has to be by the email above).
2. I'll email you a link for you to purchase your 10 Session Punch Card for $40 through paypal or you can send it through Venmo. Special - Attend 10 Sessions, get your 11th session FREE (new members only).
3. Once these two steps are done, I'll send you the Zoom link by email. To access the group workout, you'll need to download ahead of time the ZOOM APP onto whichever device you'll use during the workout. The app is free and you get it in the app store. Jump on 5 minutes before the start time to assure that you're connected and ready to go.
