This Fitness Group Is For Women Only. It's Time For Change...What Are You Waiting For?
Offering 4 fitness classes per week (5 starting in Sept) that combine a fat burning protocol, circuit training, moderate intensity interval training, cardio, resistance, and balance training for a full body 50 minute workout, plus Foam Rolling at the end (bring your own foam roller). We'll be combining the above listed training with functional training pieces such as the weighted ball/sticks, TRX, balance discs, steps, bosu ball, battle ropes, kettle bells, and more.
Fitness Groups are held in Niwot and Frederick CO....serving the surrounding areas of Longmont, Erie, Niwot, Frederick, Firestone, and Dacono.
Bring a water bottle each session, and when you come the first time, you'll need to fill out a short form before participating in the class. I may require you to get medical clearance from your physician before you participate in a fitness session.
