Women Only. Purchase a $40 punch card for 10 Fitness Group Classes. Your 11th Session is Free for new members. Join us for Interval/Strength Training classes Mondays at 8:30am MT, Tuesdays at 9:30am MT, Weds at 7pm MT, and the CoreFirst Trainer Class Fridays at 9:30am MT.
NOTE: All classes are offered Online from anywhere, the in-person and outdoor classes are weather permitting here in Colorado.
We'll do an active warm up, a full body workout, and foam roll for our ~50 minutes together.
A Free 15 min Trial Class is available for the online option.
You'll need your own equipment: weights, mat if needed, foam roller (optional), and CoreFirst Trainer (if you'll attend that class).
If you're NEW do these steps:
1. Email me at Tracy@TimeForChangePersonalTraining.com for me to send you the waiver/health form. Meetup does not allow us to send documents for you to fill out here, so it has to be by the email above.
2. Purchase a 10 Session Punch Card for $40 through paypal, venmo or zelle (I'll send you a request). New Members Only: Get your 11th session Free if online or your first session is Free if you come In-Person locally.
3. Once the above steps are done, I'll send the Zoom link.
