Women Only. Purchase a $40 punch card for 10 Fitness Group Classes. Join us for Interval/Strength Training classes Tuesdays at 8:30am and Weds at 7pm, and CoreFirst Trainer Classes on Mondays at 7pm and Fridays at 8:30am MT. NOTE: In-Person Outdoor Fitness Group classes are in northern Colorado, and the online option will continue. Outdoor classes are weather permitting, and will be back online if there is bad weather.

We'll do a warm up, a full body workout, and foam roll for our ~50 minutes together.

*It's required that you have your own equipment: a mat, weights, foam roller, and CoreFirst Trainer (if you'll attend that class).

If you are NEW you'll need to:

1. Email me at Tracy @ TimeForChangePersonalTraining.com to fill out a waiver/health form. Email it back to me prior to class (meetup does not allow us to send documents for you to fill out here, so it has to be by the email above).

2. Purchase a 10 Session Punch Card for $40 through paypal, venmo or zelle (I'll send you a request). Special is get your 11th session FREE (new members only) or your first session is Free if you come In-Person.

3. If you'll be attending online, Once the above steps are done, I'll send the Zoom link. Download the ZOOM APP ahead of time and you're ready to go.

A free 15 min Trial Class is available for the online option.
