What we're about
We are a community of people who study, practice and teach secular Mindfulness.
Mindfulness is used to reduce stress, help us sleep better, improve focus, be kinder to ourselves and others, improve relationships and cope with life's ups and downs.
We meet at Hinton Barn Farm which is the perfect rural setting of peace and tranquility we combine friendliness and casualness with a disciplined approach to practice. Our events are suitable for everyone.
Every Friday evening (we occasionally have to cancel) we have an hour of practice that is free and gives you the opportunity to try Mindfulness if you haven't had any experience. If you have an established practice you too are welcome and we encourage you to come along and support others.
We also run retreats, 8-week courses and special courses for pain and other particular difficulties. You are invited to join our community-of-interest to support your mental and emotional well-being. Whether you have completed an 8-week course or are simply interested in Mindfulness, everyone is very welcome. Friday evenings are free of charge and all other courses and retreats are very reasonably priced, we run on a not-for-profit basis and encourage (!) donations to help support our valuable work in the community with people who can least afford, but most need, to learn how to cope with lifes ups and downs.
We are located just outside of Brackley, near the village of Evenley.
