See all- Decatur Residents - Missing Middle Housing Design Review231 Sycamore St, Decatur, GA
Decatur residents, join us for a design review of a potential housing development for 600 Commerce Drive in partnership with the City of Decatur!
This event is the third in our lineup of community engagement with the City of Decatur to showcase the newly adopted missing middle housing zoning amendment. This amendment allows the development of up to a four-plex in all single-family residential zones.
At the last design charrette, we heard what community members would like to see at the potential development at 600 Commerce Drive. We've created a site design and are now seeking feedback.
During this design review, Decatur residents will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and feedback on the potential design.
The goal of this event series is to later actually develop what is designed in partnership with Decatur residents, bringing your ideas to life. We can't wait to see you there!
This event is limited to Decatur residents only. Register for free here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/decatur-missing-middle-design-review-tickets-885021552287
