What we're about

Is Toastmasters Right for You?
Do you want to become a confident public speaker and strong leader? If so, Toastmasters is the place for you. You’ll find a supportive learn-by-doing environment that allows you to achieve your goals at your own pace. Learn how Toastmasters has changed the lives of members.

Toastmasters will benefit you whether you are preparing a presentation for your job, answering interview questions, or talking with members in your other Meet-up Groups. Our meetings offer a structured, supportive environment where you can deliver prepared speeches (5-7 minutes), speak off-the-cuff, and hear positive and constructive feedback on your speeches from other members.

The six-month membership fee is $45.00 (+ $5 club dues) plus a $20.00 one-time initiation fee for new members. This is a bargain, considering you will pay several hundred dollars for one-hour of private speech coaching.

Come check us out at our Camp Curtin Toastmasters club meetings the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Thursdays of each month from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

1st Thursday - Giant Food Community Room, 2300 Linglestown RD. 17110

2nd & 3rd Thursdays - Midtown Scholar Book Store, 1302 N. 3rd Street, Harrisburg, PA, 17102

Visiting for the First Time?
Visiting a club is an exciting first step in reaching your goals. There’s no need to feel pressure to participate at your first club meeting – you can simply observe if you wish. And since every club is unique, it’s OK to visit several clubs before you decide to join the right club for you. Have a great first meeting!
