HackerspacesTOG is a hackerspace based in Dublin City Centre. It is a shared space where members can have a place to be creative and work on their projects in an environment that is both inspiring and supportive of both new and old technologies.
It is also a community of fellow minded hackers and makers with varied events for the public.
These events range from lockpicking, crafting (knitting, crocheting, origami) and electronics to welding, e-clothing and hackathons. We also collaborate on many external events like the RepairCafe, along with installations in the Science Gallery.
Membership is open to the public, and all members have equal sway in defining what Tog is. Membership gives you 24/7 access to the secured space and all it's facilities which include but not limited to 3D printers, laser cutter, lathe, classrooms with seating and projectors, assembly of hand tools and electric tools, soldering irons and a fully kitted out electronics lab. Also eating and cooking facilities. There is also a great community spirit with ongoing community events.
To join us as a member, get to know us at our public events in the new space. Then feel free to sign up for membership using our online form or ask for more information from any of our members.
