Come join us in architecting the future of crypto-economic systems - Tokenomics. This intellectual community focuses on the new engineering field of Token Engineering.
We gather together high level members of the complex system design communities to discuss solutions to some of the most difficult problems faced in designing robust, secure, and reliable distributed systems.
This meeting of TE - Colorado is a discussion to brainstorm on devise ideas and propose solutions to the "tragedy of the commons". This is not about providing attendees with a single narrative about how tokens can solve this problem... we believe this does not yet exist!
A general outline of the problem: The tragedy of the commons is a situation in a shared-resource system where individual users, acting independently according to their own self-interest, behave contrary to the common good of all users, by depleting or spoiling that resource through their collective action. *** this is a virtual *only* event! A conference video link to call in will be provided to those that RSVP***

🚀 The TEGG 2019, Token Engineering Global Gathering, is going to take place again on August 23 in Berlin!
➡️ For members of the TE community we offer special discounts:
- 10% on early bird/regular ticket fee: "TokenEngineeringGG@Berlin"
- 30 EUR on joint ticket DappCon/TEGG/Web3: "TEGG@BBW19“ (available until May 31st only!)
Buy your tickets here -> https://www.weezevent.com/dappcon-2
After the first two Token Engineering global gatherings in 2018 we are making the next step and establish the TEGG as a new conference for this emerging discipline: the state of the art in tokens, cryptoeconomic systems and engineering tools we need for successful and sustainable token economies.
This year we team up with DappCon https://dappcon.io/. We thought it would be nice to not require the community to buy another conference ticket during Berlin Blockchain Week. Instead, we’ll collaborate and offer you two conferences for just one ticket!
What you can expect:
TEGG presents the latest research, application cases, and great initiatives to nurture the ecosystem of this new discipline.
Some of the questions we’ll discuss:
- After ICOs, what’s the future of funding decentralized systems?
- How to distribute tokens, and drive network activity?
- How to model cryptoeconomic systems?
- What’s the most up-to-date token engineering tech stack and process?
- How to govern tokenized systems and what’s the future in regulation?
Stay tuned for our program and speakers!
We’re looking forward to meeting you all in Berlin in August!
